in our project we have embraced Organic as a choice and as a philosophy, we respect the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region, we have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as us, in order to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. Raising consumer awareness of conscious purchasing and the importance of the short supply chain and organic products. The apples are grown according to organic farming methods on the land of the organic farm Fontecornino. A sweet, fruity flavour with no added sugars. Rich in natural antioxidants and vitamins. The name originates from the local springs that still exist today. The name comes precisely from history, the ancient Etruscans drew water from the springs using a horn. The farm's rich limestone soil is characterised by a network of springs that provide a generous flow of water, ensuring a good harvest of organic apples with a full, rich taste.

The dried apples are a healthy and genuine snack, made only from fresh apples cut into thin slices and gently dehydrated at low temperature to preserve their flavour, aroma and nutritional properties.

Crunchy and genuine, they retain the natural sweetness of the fruit, with intense aromatic notes and a pleasant bite.
