The meeting between the intensity of Tuscan pecorino and the aromatic note of the onion creates a balance of authentic flavours, capable of surprising.
The Cipolla di Certaldo gives the cheese a sweet and aromatic note, making the pecorino unique in character. The delicacy of sheep's milk pairs with the gentle taste of the onion, creating a genuine and typically Tuscan product, perfect to enjoy on its own, with rustic bread, or to enrich appetisers and gourmet dishes.
