Frico with seasonal flavours

In 2017  Pezzetta celebrated ninety years of history, and throughout all this time  the quality and passion put into their work have always remained unchanged. Faithful to their Friulian homeland and its products, a true representative of the region is Frico with seasonal flavours Frico Classico embodies the essence of Friuli, representing the culinary tradition of an entire region. It is made with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, cut into cubes and mixed with potatoes, pre-cooked in the oven and vacuum-packed, to ensure the longest possible shelf life. Just heat it for a couple of minutes in the microwave or in a non-stick pan without adding any fat. Frico with seasonal flavours is a new variation of frico, made with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, cut into cubes and mixed with potatoes and seasonal products, giving rise to the following versions:- Potato frico with radicchio - Potato frico with asparagus - Potato frico with herbs - Potato frico with pumpkin, the available version depends on product seasonality. They are all already pre-cooked in the oven and vacuum-packed, to ensure the longest possible shelf life. Just heat it for a couple of minutes in the microwave or in a non-stick pan without adding any fat. The weight of a single piece is 180 g and it is individually vacuum-packed to ensure a long shelf life for the product.
