the family's history dates back at least two centuries, sailing the seas of Sicily with their boats in search of blue fish. Futura Prima, the Family's vessel, catches blue fish from the Sicilian seas all year round. This is the case with the Sugarello (Suro), or the Boga, and the better-known Mackerel and Anchovies. Raw materials sourced right from the Sicilian sea and a collaboration with two-Michelin-star chef Ciccio Sultano, who created recipes that enhance what nature creates, turning them into flavour experiences!
