The "Attilio" organic extra virgin olive oil is a blend of 5 olive varieties: Morello, Leccio, Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccio del Corno, all grown on the same producing farm. It is an oil with very low acidity, around 0.1 (oleic acid). Entirely 2018 production.
