We carefully select extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, olives and spreads, transforming quality raw ingredients into specialities with an authentic taste full of character.

Appearance Bright yellow colour with delicate green highlights.
Aroma On the nose it is delicate and pleasant, with elegant notes of ripe olive.
Taste On the palate it is smooth, harmonious and balanced, with a delicate, lingering flavour marked by pleasant notes of ripe olive.
Pairings Particularly suited to dressing salads and vegetables, excellent for pinzimonio with artichokes and fresh vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with legume soups and velvety purées, such as traditional chickpea soups.
