This Biosolidale spread contains organic broad beans blended with excellent extra virgin olive oil which, as well as enhancing the flavour, gives it the right creaminess. The preparation is completed with a chilli pepper cream, a pinch of salt and a few drops of vinegar, all strictly organic. Nothing else!
