Organic aubergine spread

This Biosolidale spread contains as much as 68% aubergine, blended with excellent extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavour and give it the right creaminess. The preparation is completed with an excellent chilli pepper cream, garlic, salt and a few drops of vinegar. Nothing else! To satisfy the palate while respecting health and the environment, all the ingredients come from organic farming.
