We age the traditional Piedmontese tomini to just the right point before preserving them in oil with spices. A delicacy crafted by hand following ancient recipes to bring the unique flavours of Piedmontese cuisine to everyone's table. The traditional tomini and tasty Alba specialities are made from the finest Piedmontese cow's milk cheese, aged to just the right point and then jarred with spices, herbs and oil. These delicacies are handcrafted and prepared following ancient recipes to bring the unique flavours of Piedmontese cuisine to your table.
