The company started with infusions and distillates, to which the artisan processing of chocolate was added about ten years later. Liquore Crema di Melone

A liqueur with a delicate taste made with selected melons, a real delight.  It is made thanks to the long family tradition dating back to 1960 in the world of distillates and liqueurs. It is crafted with artisan know-how using juice extracted from fresh melons and cream, a perfect after-dinner treat. It is enjoyed neat, and in summer served well chilled. Its sweet, fruity flavour makes it extremely pleasant. Excellent as an alcoholic soak for preparing sweet recipes. It is extremely versatile for making delicious summer tiramisù, you'll discover that tiramisù is no longer the same when made with a fragrant melon cream. Also excellent with biscuits and cheesecake, tarts and for filling fruit cakes, and for preparing delicious cocktails, all that's left is to try expressing your own imagination and creativity to experiment with new melon delights!
