Here quality is at home, and that is why the company has chosen to produce only extra virgin olive oil, in various types able to satisfy different tastes and uses. Harvesting is done manually or semi-manually, and special attention is given to selecting the olives. Great importance is placed on milling times, which must never exceed 8 hours from harvest.
