Before being a company, Brisval is the spirit of a passion for its territory and its traditional products. Building on this idea, a group of entrepreneurs from Valchiavenna transformed one of the most well-known and traditional products of the Lombard Valleys — bresaola — into a product of the highest quality.

The company selects only the finest meats in the world: Italian and European cattle breeds, Irish Angus and Japanese Wagyu. The processing is entirely handmade, and all spices and ingredients used are natural. All the bresaole are free from preservatives, gluten, lactose and allergens.
