brother and sister, who have been working together in their workshop for almost 30 years, and it is indeed in Florence that the Pistocchi family's pastry art was born, with chocolate cakes as true specialities, along with cremini and dragées, and little cakes with three chocolates and fruit. Small delights, the little cakes are made both with Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts and Dark Chocolate with Coffee. And do you already know which one is your favourite? Torta al Cioccolato al Latte e Nocciole is made with the finest artisan milk chocolate and enriched with selected Hazelnuts, starting always from the quality of the chocolate which, as the producer states, "we like it this way, simple, with all its characteristic notes well presented" â in these little cakes, creative flair has added a touch to create something delicious, expanding the range of products focused on mastery in chocolate making. But like all their cakes, they continue to be entirely handmade. Over the years, the quality of the product has, if anything, grown. Because today the market offers 87 types of dark chocolate to choose from, selecting those best suited to individual needs.
