Created by the Pistocchi workshop. Claudio and Claudia, brother and sister, have been working together for almost 30 years. With skill and passion they create extraordinary, award-winning chocolate creations. All strictly handmade, like their cakes made one by one, by hand. It was indeed in Florence that the Pistocchi family's pastry art was born, with their chocolate cakes, true specialties, their cremini and dragées. The little cakes with three chocolates and fruit. Over the years, the quality of the product has, if anything, grown. Because today the market offers 87 types of dark chocolate to choose from according to one's needs. Today, the workshop's creations are not only chocolate, but also a gluten free line of biscuits. And it is also from here that the two spreads come, both dark, both made with 55% hazelnut paste, both free from milk and gluten. Spoonable craftsmanship, with a natural sweetness that isn't too sweet, with a balanced bitterness. The spreads contain only 2 ingredients (no added vegetable oils) and tend to solidify naturally. But just 10 seconds in the microwave on low and they become creamy and velvety againâ¦caressing the palate.
