The company has firmly believed in the project to safeguard and enhance this prized variety, and since 1994 has carried out the recovery project, going as far as growing it on its own plantations in Venezuela and processing it every day at its factory in Turin using the short recipe with only Cocoa Mass and Cane Sugar, in order to preserve the aromatic notes naturally found in cocoa beans. From the experience of master chocolatiers, the artful processing of cocoa beans enhances the Advent chocolates.
