We produce our beers with only local raw materials. A project born from those who live and work in the mountains and want to give value to the alpine valleys and those who inhabit them 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and raw materials from Piedmont, grown and processed. The aim is to promote and enhance a territory rich in history and emotions. In the fields, weeding is carried out with mechanical means rather than synthetic products, and crops are rotated to naturally enrich the soil, avoiding its depletion. In these "highlands" their project was born, aimed at enhancing rural economies and the alpine territory, rich in history and traditions. It is a pure doppelbock, fully true to style. The sweet aromas of the malts, of caramel and honey emerge. On the palate we find sweetness with just a hint of bitterness. Warm and full-bodied, it hides its alcohol content well. A deep beer, also suited for meditation. Style inspiration: Doppelbock FERMENTATION: bottom COLOUR: dark amber ALCOHOL CONTENT: 8.0% vol. FORMAT: 33 cl Bitterness: 0 Sweetness: 0 0 0 0 Amber colour, full-bodied. With sweet aromas derived from a special selection of malts used, with notes of honey and caramel. A beer of good structure, deep, suited for meditation. Kauss beers are 100% craft-brewed, so the alcohol content may vary slightly depending on the production batch.
