We produce our beers using only local raw materials. A project born from those who live and work in the mountains and want to enhance the Alpine valleys and the people who live there 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and Piedmontese raw materials, grown and processed locally. The aim is to promote and showcase a territory rich in history and emotions. A bottom-fermented beer inspired by the Bock style. It appears a deep copper colour with a fine beige foam head. On the nose, malty and toasted notes intertwine with those of the hops, giving a hint of what's to come in the tasting. On the palate, the entry is sweet, but well balanced by good attenuation and the hop contribution. A perceptible bitterness in the finish makes for a dry and pleasant drink. A beer with character.
