We brew our beers using only local raw materials. A project born from those who live and work in the mountains and want to showcase the Alpine valleys and the people who inhabit them 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and Piedmontese raw materials, grown and processed locally. The aim is to promote and showcase a territory rich in history and emotions. A bottom-fermented blonde beer inspired by German Helles but with a hoppier profile, it presents a beautiful, rich and clear straw-yellow colour with a white, long-lasting foam. Distinctive is the malt aroma that coexists with the hoppy component present both on the nose, with hints of herbaceous notes, and on the palate with a bitterness balanced by malty notes. Its strength lies in the simplicity given by the balance between malts and hops, making it a fresh and extremely easy-drinking beer.
