We produce our beers with only local raw materials. A project born from people who live and work in the mountains and want to showcase the alpine valleys and those who live there 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and raw materials from Piedmont, grown and processed locally. The goal is to promote and enhance a territory rich in history and emotions. In the fields, weeding is carried out using mechanical means rather than synthetic products, and crops are rotated to naturally enrich the soil and avoid depletion. A top-fermented white beer inspired by the German Weiss style and produced with about 40% unmalted local wheat. Pale opalescent in colour, with herbaceous and fruity notes on the nose and typical hints of banana, fully in style. On the palate, the citrusy notes embrace slightly spiced ones, ending with a pleasant thirst-quenching citrus finish. Bitterness: 0 Sweetness: 00 Alcohol content: 4% vol Smooth, with a lovely pale straw colour, opalescent, with a slight haze. On the nose it offers enticing herbaceous and fruity notes. Kauss beers are 100% craft-made, so the alcohol content may vary slightly depending on the production batch.
