in our project we have embraced Organic as both a choice and a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our territory; we have created a network of small enterprises operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, so as to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. Raising consumer awareness about conscious purchasing and the importance of short supply chains and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we use only organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. The products in oil and creams are made with the best fresh local vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to achieve a product of truly unique excellence. The name originates from the springs of the area that still exist today. The name comes precisely from history: the ancient Etruscans drew water from the springs using a horn. The rich limestone soil of the farm is characterised by a network of springs that provide a generous flow of water, ensuring a good harvest of organic apples with a full, rich flavour.

With the apple harvest we also produce cider, a light, sparkling beverage. It can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Delightful on hot days. It is also enjoyed with pleasure during the colder months. With an alcohol content of just 7.5%, it is ideal for a refreshing aperitif, to be served during meals or even as an accompaniment to desserts.

Made with apple varieties with a high tannin content, our cider is made according to tradition: after pressing, the juice slowly ferments at low temperatures to develop a fresh, natural and slightly tart aroma, similar to that of a brut sparkling wine. Fermentation is stopped before completion, encouraging the natural formation of fine, persistent bubbles.
