• Lunigiana Tartufo was born from the passion of a truffle expert, Simone Mori who, besides truffle hunting also acting as an Environmental Hiking Guide, walks every corner of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and carries out the harvesting and processing of truffles as well as growing fruit, vegetables and legumes to offer truffle delicacies, with the goal of using products from his own zero-food-mile supply chain.
