The Winery

Wine is a family story: for three generations now the Ferrin family has been producing wine here, in Friuli di Mezzo. We are indeed in the heart of the Friuli Denominazione di Origine Controllata area, which has always been devoted to vine growing. On our 12 hectares of vineyard, we have always used eco-friendly methods with the aim of producing genuine grapes while respecting our natural environment. The values we uphold are tradition, eco-sustainability and respect for the environment, and love for our land. We produce wines that reflect the spirit that drives us, carrying forward the finest Friulian winemaking traditions.

Cabernet Franc

It has a beautiful intense ruby red colour. With its characteristic herbaceous flavour, full-bodied, robust, tannic with a remarkable intensity of aromas. A note of green pepper makes it particularly interesting. Grape variety: Cabernet Franc Vintage: 2022 Alcohol content: 13% vol Serve at 18 °C Pair with: Perfect to serve with roasts and game. It pairs well with white meats and fish stews. Try it with lamb or beef. Pairs well with hard cheeses and aged cheeses. Perfect for pasta dishes with sauce, and worth trying with pizza.
