Our company was born with the idea of showcasing the best products of our region. We harvest every day. We do this both early in the morning and in the early afternoon, so we can always offer the greatest freshness.

Tuscan tradition in an irresistible version: artisan bread and Cipolla di Certaldo come together in a fragrant, genuine dough, ideal to accompany cured meats and cheeses.

Cipolla di Certaldo Compote â 90 g
Awarded as Eccellenza Italiana and winner of the Tuscany Food Awards.
Sweet, aromatic and versatile: perfect with pecorino cheeses, red meats or simply on a slice of warm bread.

Lardo and Cipolla di Certaldo â 90 g
A masterpiece of flavour: lardo refined and aged in Sardinian seawater, enhanced by Cipolla di Certaldo. Soft, savoury and velvety on the palate.

Pecorino, Tomato and Cipolla di Certaldo Biscuits â 80 g
