In the land of Puglia, the Siopé project was born, from ancient Greek, meaning "silence". Silence as a space for listening. Listening to nature, its rhythms, its fruits: this is where our Ghefura â Aglianico is produced

Ghefura â Aglianico

Red IGP Puglia. Born from the generous heart of the Mediterranean land, where intense sun and sea breeze meet the mineral strength of the calcareous-clay soils. It is a wine that expresses power and elegance.

Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel preserves the purity of the fruit, while prolonged ageing â first in steel on fine lees, then in large oak barrels â gives complexity, balance and a harmonious texture.

Aromatic notes: it opens with intense and refined aromas of ripe black cherry, plum and wild blackberry, followed by elegant notes of liquorice, sweet tobacco, cocoa and spices. With oxygenation, balsamic hints emerge.

Tasting: structured and enveloping, with dense yet velvety tannins and a deep sip that combines strength and freshness. Long, mineral and persistent finish, with hints of ripe red fruits, aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
A wine of character and authenticity, capable of evolving over time
