Perlage produces Borgo Faveri Bianco from white grapes grown according to biodynamic viticulture methods, which is based on the principle that earthly and cosmic forces must act in perfect balance and harmony. It is Demeter certified biodynamic Demeter. Borgo Faveri Bianco has a beautiful straw yellow colour, delicate and medium-bodied. On the palate it is round with fruity notes. The white grapes used for Borgo Faveri are grown according to biodynamic viticulture methods, which is based on the principle that earthly and cosmic forces must act in perfect balance and harmony. Human activity must preserve the biodiversity of the soil, so that the vine and its bunches can grow healthy and strong.
