We are a special area, a hilly area within the Protected Area of the Monteferrato Natural Park, at about 360m altitude, immersed in nature in an unspoiled environment. All the wines produced are made following Biodynamic rules. Production is limited and the wines are genuine, reflecting the characteristics of their natural territory in full respect of nature, without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilisers or herbicides! Only the natural resources produced by the farm are used. This results in products with unique organoleptic characteristics and high quality.
Traditionally vinified and aged in steel to preserve its primary aromatic characteristics. A ruby red wine with aromas reminiscent of violet and sweet violet. Fresh and fragrant on the palate. Pairs well with cured meats and white meats.
