Perlage produces Verdiso from a native grape variety that thrives well on soils and areas characterised by harsh, long winters. We are in the far northern part of the Treviso foothills area, and the method faithful to the company's choices is the organic one. A sparkling wine with distinctive notes, greenish highlights, fruity hints of green apple and a tangy character, perfect for starters and light dishes.
