Venezuela 70% Dark Chocolate Bar - 50g

Trinitario cocoa from Venezuela 70% in a 50g bar. A variety selected from Venezuela, the land considered the homeland of high-quality cocoa! Trinitario cocoa is an aromatic cocoa, and its production covers 8% of the world's cocoa harvest. Trinitario is a cocoa born from the hybridization of the Criollo and Forastero cocoa varieties. It has characteristics common to both: it is resistant and has high yields, just like a Forastero, while at the same time possessing a rich and noble aromatic profile, like Criollo cocoa. Domori has recovered this precious cocoa variety, which it harvests from plantations located between Latin America and Africa: in Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Madagascar and Tanzania. The Trinitario cocoa beans are then processed every day through the shortest and purest recipe in the world. Type of cultivation: Hybrid Trinitario with a strong presence of Criollo Country and region of origin: the Venezuelan states of Merida, Trujillo, Tachira and Zulia south of Lake Maracaibo. Tasting notes: Delicate and very fresh aroma with notes of almonds and coffee. Low acidity and astringency, great finesse and elegance, and long persistence.
