Our Gourmet Mixed Mushroom Medley is born from the union of carefully selected prized mushroom varieties, processed with care to preserve their texture, aroma and flavour. The result is a seasoning with an intense, harmonious character, enriched by a delicate spicy note that makes every bite even more engaging.
The balance between rositi, shiitake, stropharia and pleurotus mushrooms creates a unique combination of flavours: soft, fragrant and pleasantly rustic.
