- Lunigiana Tartufo was born from the passion of a truffle expert, Simone Mori who, besides truffle hunting, also acts as an Environmental Hiking Guide, walking every corner of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, and carries on the harvesting and processing of truffles as well as growing fruit, vegetables and legumes to offer truffle delicacies with the guarantee of using products from his own zero-kilometre supply chain; from his love for the land comes the Truffle Jam Box

- In upper Tuscany, Simone works with truffles that he himself forages in the woods of Lunigiana; faithful to tradition and passionate about his own territory, he has managed to create a unique product, a true excellence that has combined the cuisine of Lunigiana with the fine truffle: the testarolo with truffle, a tasty first course best enjoyed dressed with good quality butter! Testarolo is the traditional batter dish cooked according to Lunigiana tradition; once every family made its own, with a recipe made using only water, flour, salt and slow cooking, which over time was cooked on testi, the large griddles from which it takes its name.
