But his work has also led him to work with truffles with the same passion and to create delicacies with truffle. The Company has created its own line of products such as preserves, dressings and other delicacies based on truffle, mainly combined with raw materials grown on the farm and in the local area, to achieve a zero-kilometre supply chain.
