• Simone is a hiking Environmental Guide who, in addition to his passion for truffles, runs his own farm growing fruit, vegetables and legumes, hence the idea of creating his own line of delicacies.
• The jam line is designed to create specialities with unusual pairings and flavours, all based on the precious hypogeous fungi, the truffles, personally harvested by Simone, prepared with the best produce from the zero-food-mile farm, with careful selection of raw materials and processing to guarantee product quality.
• The Pumpkin Jam with Truffle, a traditional jam, is made from pumpkin grown on the farm and processed according to time-honoured methods, here paired with the intense and sophisticated taste of truffle, with its intense aroma and delicate flavour.

We prepare our Truffle Jams in many flavour variations: chestnut and truffle, peppers and truffle, pumpkin and truffle, pears and truffle, potatoes and truffle. And in the delicious banana and truffle version. These jams can be paired with both sweet and savoury preparations. Perfect to accompany cheese boards and cheeses, served with fresh ricotta. Ideal for preparing tasty desserts or with ice cream.
