- Nothing stops Simone: every day, together with his faithful Lagotto dog, he covers kilometres, braving the weather, pursuing his passion, truffle hunting in the woods of Lunigiana, but his work has also led him to process truffles with the same passion and to create delicacies with truffle. Over time he has created his own line of products such as jams, condiments and other truffle-based delights, combined mainly with raw ingredients grown on the farm and in the local area for a zero-km supply chain. An irresistible encounter between the enveloping creaminess of Gorgonzola DOP and the refined, unmistakable aroma of truffle.
