The Il Bottaccio farm has been dedicated for four generations, with passion and great energy, to growing olives and producing extra virgin olive oil and products such as vegetables in oil, using the finest vegetables and their own oil, and it is here that CAVOLI NOSTRI in olio extravergine is made. Here, quality is a way of life, which is why the company has chosen to produce only extra virgin olive oil, in different types able to satisfy different tastes and different uses. The harvest is carried out manually or semi-manually. Particular attention is paid to the selection of the olives. Great importance is placed on the pressing times, which must never exceed 8 hours from harvest. CAVOLI NOSTRI in olio extravergine A mix of garden cabbages! Preserved in fine extra virgin olive oil. The flavour is rich, the taste intense. A versatile product, flavoured with apple vinegar, salt, black pepper, chilli, garlic, bay leaf. Made in a 280 g jar. Our vegetables all come from a short supply chain, processed fresh and strictly by hand! The processing is artisanal and traditional. Nicely crunchy, this cabbage mix is perfect for a board of cured meats and aged cheeses. Ideal as an accompaniment to roast meats and grilled fish. It also makes an elegant side dish or a rustic starter. Try it with wholemeal or ancient grain bread and hard-boiled eggs. Made with selected ingredients and fresh vegetables.
