Our truffles, mostly harvested in the regions of central Italy according to seasonality, are carefully selected by a team of experts. The brine is part of the Caterina's Recipes line. A range of products born from the company's own initiative, which in 1992 organised a conference on the theme of French cuisine and Tuscan cuisine. We created this line with the aim of bringing traditional recipes to life. We set out to rediscover âage-old flavoursâ reinterpreted for modern needs. We created a rich range of products rooted in Tuscan culinary tradition. To make them, we select only the finest ingredients. The quality of the products has been recognised by the highest authorities in the culinary sector, both in Italy and abroad, earning numerous awards. Among the awards: Top Italian Food 2022 by Gambero Rosso, The American Taste Award of Excellence, IFS Food.
