  • Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots go back to a small village of 50 inhabitants in the Ligurian hinterland devoted to agriculture, in the middle of a true âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that Taggiasca Olives in Brine are born

    The Company

True to its origins and to its Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products focused on quality and genuine flavours. Wholesome food delicacies, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the best selected raw materials and works them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

    • Â Healthy and genuine products that meet the flavour of nature. The ingredients are selected from our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC mark on every product. And the recipes are a tribute to Italian rural tradition. Flavoured with only spices and sea salt.
Fun fact: Marco has gathered the recipes kept by his grandmother, makes them by hand and offers them in his jars. Jars that in Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover our cupin!

    Taggiasca Olives in Brine

    • The company is immersed in the taggiasca olive groves. We are in fact close to Imperia, the place of choice for this variety of olive. The olive of taggiasca cultivar is typical of Western Liguria. They are small in size and elongated in shape. Taggiasca olives have an unmistakable and delicate taste. They are characterised by a sweet and fruity flavour. The olives are carefully hand selected one by one and placed in brine following the ancient traditional Ligurian recipe.
    • Try them with: They are perfect for tasty aperitifs and to accompany cured meat and cheese boards. Also good to enjoy on their own or to create numerous recipes. Perfect for first courses: Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Taggiasca Olives, Pasta with Tuna and Taggiasca Olives, and of course delicious Cold Pasta Salads.
