The wines from the cellar Baglio Baiata Alagna they transmit tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Marsala Virgin 1999 is a dry fortified wine, produced in limited quantities from the best Grillo and Catarratto grapes, grown in the area of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo.
It's a great one meditation wine and at the end of the meal, Marsala Vergine 1999 is a wine fortified dry aged in large oak barrels where a slow oxidative aging process takes place.
It should be tasted after at least 5-15 minutes at a temperature of 15-20 °C in order to give the wine time to fully release its aromas.
The wine could have some slight deposits because it is neither filtered nor refrigerated to preserve the organoleptic qualities.
