The Alchemist

It is the main wine of the Alagna winery. Aged at least 5 years in ancient barrels, it has an enveloping taste and releases a full, oak aroma on the palate. It is a great meditation wine, recommended at the end of a meal, but it can be an elegant accompaniment to a refined aperitif.

The wines from the cellar Baglio Baiata Alagna they transmit tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Marsala Virgin is a dry fortified wine descendant of the perpetual wine, produced in limited quantities from the best Grillo and Catarratto grapes, grown in the area of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo.

It's a great one meditation wine and at the end of a meal, served at 15-20 °C. As an aperitif it is ideal with aged cheeses, at 8–10 °C.
