The Alchemist

In Sicily it is a real institution. Zibibbo has an intense yellow color with dark and intense golden reflections. Its scent recalls the fruity notes of almond and apricot. I tasted it with sweets and typical Sicilian pastries: perfect combination!

The wines from the cellar Baglio Baiata Alagna they transmit tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. Zibibbo Sicily Typical Geographical Indication  It is a sweet and fruity wine with a golden colour, obtained from Zibibbo grapes grown in the area of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo.

It is perfect as a dessert wine. It goes very well with all desserts, especially baked ones and dry pastries.

Zibibbo PGI  Even open, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics over time thanks to its alcohol content
