In Castelnuovo dell’Abate, south-east of Montalcino, Mastrojanni interprets a unique territory, shaped by the presence of the Orcia river and Monte Amiata. A story of passion and dedication. Brunello di Montalcino of an intense ruby colour, with an aroma of fleshy fruit enriched by spicy hints and undergrowth. A unique terroir combining ripe fruit, elegant spicy notes and balsamic nuances, with an enveloping structure and fine tannins. Wine Brunello di Montalcino Vigna Loreto 2019 made from 100% Sangiovese grapes (Brunello). Intense ruby in colour, with an aroma of intense notes of fleshy, ripe fruit enriched by spicy hints, undergrowth and balsamic touches. A powerful yet complex wine with a long finish. The Brunello Vigna Loreto 2019 comes from a vineyard capable of expressing all the strength and refinement of the Montalcino territory. On the nose it reveals an intense and complex bouquet, with hints of small dark berries, violets, fine spices and delicate balsamic nuances. A cold, dry winter was followed by a cool, rainy spring that slowed budding. A warm but never excessive summer, accompanied by early September rains, encouraged a balanced ripening of the grapes.
The palate is deep and harmonious, characterised by an elegant structure and well-integrated tannins. Freshness accompanies the wine through a long finish, gradually revealing ever more complex nuances. A Brunello with a strong identity, where power, balance and finesse find a natural harmony.
