Romagna tradition, and more. Everything starts from a passion for the typical recipes of the region and for the Romagna dialect, from which the company's name itself is born: Luvìrie, meaning delicacies, treats.
A refined mix of carefully selected vegetables â carrots, cauliflower, celery, shallot, fennel and peppers â which make up 65% of the product and are present in varying proportions to guarantee, every time, a perfect balance of flavours, textures and colours.
The vegetables are artisanally processed and preserved in sunflower oil, enriched with a delicate spicy note of chili pepper and the fresh aroma of parsley and chervil. Apple vinegar and cane sugar harmoniously balance the sweet-and-sour notes, while whole sea salt from Cervia enhances the naturalness and genuineness of the ingredients.
The result is a versatile and refined product: perfect to enjoy as an appetiser, to accompany cheeses and meats, or to enrich salads and gourmet dishes with a touch of authentic, enveloping flavour.
