Enjoy it with: A typical dish of Tuscan peasant cuisine made with bread and vegetables, rich and velvety in flavour. Of rustic, humble origins, in the past housewives in the countryside used to cook it in large quantities. Especially meat-free, on Fridays. The vegetable and legume soup, prepared with stale bread, was then "reboiled" (ribollita) in the pan over the following days, which is where its name comes from. We recommend enjoying the product warm. Open the lid and heat in a bain-marie or in the microwave, or directly in a pan. Try it as a delicious finger food! Lactose-free. Low in sugar. No preservatives. Â
