Muesli Coccole Minima was created by Francesca who, after picking up different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna. Here, in tribute to her grandfather, a lover of simple, good and genuine things, she devoted herself to her recipes â and that's how the muesli came to be. The natural cocoa gives an intense, slightly bitter and enveloping note, perfect for those who love bold yet balanced flavours. The soft sweetness of dates and sultanas creates a harmonious contrast, while cashews and cereal flakes add structure, roundness and a pleasant texture.
