Cocoa and Hazelnut Granola Minima was created by Francesca, who after gaining different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna and, in tribute to her grandfather who loved simple, good and genuine things, devoted herself to her recipes â this is how the granolas came to be. A granola born from a conscious choice: genuine ingredients, careful processing and a sustainable approach that celebrates simplicity and authenticity. The result of a carefully calibrated combination of organic ingredients and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt, rich in minerals and able to enhance natural flavours. To sweeten, we use only natural syrups, such as agave and rice syrup, which wrap every ingredient in a delicate sweetness. Oven roasting completes the process, giving the granola aâ¦

This granola is one of the first recipes created by Francesca: handmade and oven-baked, our granola wins hearts with its intense fragrance and natural crunchiness.
With no added refined sugars, these granolas are made from just a few essential ingredients, carefully chosen.
Every raw ingredient has a precise role: even a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, naturally rich in minerals, helps enhance and harmonise the flavours.
Every stage of the production process is designed with respect for nature â from the selection of raw materials to processing, right through to the final product.
The recipes are made with organic and vegan ingredients, with no added oils or refined sugars. We use the bare minimum of ingredients, carefully chosen and combined to create a harmonious balance of carbohydrates, fats and fibre, promoting a slow and steady release of energy.
