Orange and Cranberry Granola Mimina was created by Francesca who, after gathering different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna, where, in tribute to her grandfather, a lover of simple, good and genuine things, she dedicated herself to her recipes â this is how the granolas came to be. This granola is one of the first recipes created by Francesca: handmade and oven-baked, our granola wins you over with its intense fragrance and natural crunchiness.
The recipes are made with organic and vegan ingredients, with no added oils or refined sugars. We use the minimum essential ingredients, carefully chosen and combined to create a harmonious balance of carbohydrates, fats and fibre, promoting a slow and steady release of energy.
With no added refined sugars and just a few essential ingredients, every granola is the result of conscious choices: a return to simplicity, respect for nature and attention to wellbeing.
Every element has a precise role: from wholegrain cereals to toasted hazelnuts, from dried fruit to natural syrups, everything is selected to enhance authentic flavours and preserve nutritional properties.
The care taken in each handmade step, one by one, makes every creation unique, authentic and special.
