Farro Perlato Bio, an ancient grain, grown according to organic methods in a sustainable agricultural context that respects natural cycles. Pearling or semi-pearling means carrying out a process similar to that used for rice or barley, which scratches the surface of the grain to make it lighter and reduce the fibre content. The grains are firm with a rustic taste. A natural source of plant protein and minerals (magnesium, iron, phosphorus). Perfect in the kitchen for cold salads, farrotto and vegetable meatballs and burgers. 1 kg pack

Biosolidale in our project we have embraced Organic as a choice and as a philosophy, we respect the land and its fruits and we support the small businesses in our region. We have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, in order to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket, and that's how Farro Perlato Bio was born
In our project we have embraced the Organic approach as a choice and as a philosophy, we respect the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses in our region; we have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, in order to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. Raising consumer awareness about mindful purchasing and the importance of short supply chains and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same
Agribosco represents a new agricultural, social and sustainable model. It is a collective enterprise that unites dozens of farmers in a shared project: to produce high-quality organic food, protecting the environment, people and traditions. We promote environmental sustainability: we grow according to organic methods, respecting biodiversity and natural rhythms. Clean energy: we use renewable sources in our production processes. Protection of the territory: we operate in marginal and unspoilt areas, contributing to the safeguarding of the rural landscape. To achieve this, we involve small local producers and help them resist the abandonment of the countryside. We enhance the social role of agriculture, between ancient knowledge and sustainable innovation. Agribosco was included among the virtuous agricultural companies in the study on corporate social responsibility conducted by the Ministero delle Politiche Agricole (INEA). Here then is farro (triticum dicoccum) Perlato or Semi-perlato, which means carrying out a process similar to that used for rice or barley, which scratches the surface of the grain to make it lighter and reduce the fibre content.
