l'Az. Agr. Radici is located on the slopes of the
Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of
Tuscany, the farm develops across plots of land ranging from 300 to 1300 metres in altitude, an ideal physical setting for creating a wide range of products, and this is how the
Organic Artisan Puttanesca Sauce came to be
Organic Artisan Puttanesca Sauce
on the plateau of
Loro Ciuffenna, near the vines and olive trees, we grow various
Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while in the mountains we gather wild berries and chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our jams. 60 species grown each year, which we process in our workshop.
Over the years we have gained great
experience in organic farming and the processing of agricultural products. But our focus, beyond
working the land, is also on
the processing side. From this idea, a series of
specialties typical of our region and our mountains was born. At the same time, they have that distinctive exclusivity of recipes that combine
tastes and flavours often forgotten. Our aim is to offer recipes that require long and careful preparation and make them available so you can enjoy unique, traditional flavours. Each of our products has a unique flavour, prepared following every step, with simple methods and
genuine ingredients.
A sauce
as good as homemade, ready for your recipes, made with tomato,
capers, black olives, anchovies and a
touch of chilli pepper. Made with
fresh-processed tomatoes.
The sauces from
Azienda Agricola Radici are made with
fresh tomatoes and are prepared with great care at every stage of processing. The various cooking stages take place, depending on the ingredients used, in different pans. They are then finished off in larger containers where the
flavours blend together. They are then hot-packed into glass jars and pasteurised.
Of course, no flavour enhancers, thickeners or other additives are used.
Besides seasoning first courses, the sauces can also be used
on toasted bread, then briefly gratinated in the oven. They shouldn't be underestimated for
flavouring meat, fish or egg dishes, giving you a tasty main course with a simple and quick preparation.
