The  Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots go back to a village of 50 souls in the Ligurian  hinterland devoted to farming, amid a veritable âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the white Chianina Ragù is born The Company

True to its origins and to its Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, with a family-run approach, a range of products focused on quality and the genuine flavours. Food delights, healthy organic products. To make them he chooses only the finest selected raw materials and works them without preservativesnor added colourings.

  •  Healthy and genuine products that meet the flavour of nature. The ingredients are selected by our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC stamp on each product. And the recipes pay homage to the Italian farming tradition. Flavoured with just spices and sea salt.
Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes kept by his grandmother, makes them by hand and presents them in his jars. Jars which in Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover our cupin!

White Chianina Ragù

Who doesn't know the Chianina breed? Perhaps one of the oldest breeds on earth, once used mainly as draught animals but now raised for its very tasty meat. It is not suited to intensive farming, which is why it is raised in open pastures that allow it to feed and grow without haste. This is exactly what makes Chianina one of the most prized meats, on a par with Fassona from Piedmont. Opening the jar, you immediately notice the aroma of the ragù just like homemade. Try it with: Tagliatelle, Pici, fresh pasta, a short pasta with a long, narrow shape like gnocchetti sardi or Trofie.
