Our daily commitment translates into a line of genuine, sustainable products of the highest quality, made with respect for the land and its rhythms. Our compotes are handcrafted using exclusively organic products, mostly sourced from local crops.

The Biosolidale company passionately grows over 200 varieties of chilli peppers. Some, like the Habanero Orange, the Messicano Acrata or the fearsome Scorpion Trinidad, are reserved for true thrill-seekers â and believe me, I've tried them: you need courage and a good glass of water within reach.

But fear not: the chilli pepper compote is a whole different story.

Spicy, yes, but reasonably so. Well balanced, with a hint of sweetness that makes it surprisingly versatile. Perfect with cheeses, divine with sheep's milk ricotta.
