is part of a range of preserves made with fruit cooked under vacuum at 50-60°C, with no added pectin.

• We are in the Monviso area, in the Cuneo Alps, immersed in wonderful nature, and it is here that the company selects the finest ingredients, perfectly ripened, and processes them in its own mountain facility. The strawberry compote is made with concentrated fruit purée and sweetened with apple. We prepare them with the fruit and cook them under vacuum at 50-60°C. Selected organic products for this deep purple-red preserve with notes of ripe strawberry. Made using only the sugars naturally found in the fruit.
